In this mode, the y key places a note head on at the cursor
position; q places a note head 5 spaces below the cursor
position, etc. Shifted keys place half note heads, unshifted
keys place black note heads.
Join mode:
Enter: j Exit: Return or terminate join
Terminate join:
(beam type)(direction)(duration) or (cursor)(duration)
Beam types:
Slanted up: - Slanted down: +
Horizontal: * Default: None
All music keyboard mode commands may be used in join mode.
V - Using Help
Enter: Help Exit: Esc
Help subjects: 1 ~ 8 Set new help markers: s 0 ~ 9
Click on the up or down arrow to move the help display by one page,
or use the cursor control keys to move by one line at a time.
VI Command Terms
Durations: Bar line styles:
Half note: 2 Vertical line at left of cursor: l
Quarter note: 4 Vertical line at right of cursor: r
Eighth note: 8 End line at right of cursor: e
Sixteenth note: 1 Brace at left of cursor: b
Thirty-second note: 3 Curly brace at left of cursor: c
Sixty-fourth note: 6

VII Command Syntax
(cursor): Move cursor with Up, Down, Left, Right,
F1, F2, F3, F4, or mouse.
(direction): + or - keys, as described under Command Terms
(duration): 1,2,3,4,6, or 8, as described under Command Terms
(bar line style): l, r, e, b, or c, as described under Command Terms
(staves): The number of staves a bar line must cross, 1 ~ 9
(beam type): *, +, or -, as described under Command Terms
All commands are entered without spaces. Multiple key commands
may be terminated by pressing Esc before the end of the command.
